A Hack Saw cuts materials such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and small pieces of metal. Wear safety glasses when using this tool as well as a clamp for securing the item you are cutting. Always push away from you when you are cutting.
FIRST team 3880
Aloha from Kailua-Kona, Hawaii! We are FIRST team 3880, the Tiki Techs from Kealakehe High School. We have participated in the FIRST Robotics Competition since 2011. In 2011 we won the FIRST in Hawaii regional and in 2012 we received the Engineering Inspiration Award. We have attended the FIRST internationals in 2011 and 2012. Our motto is Kūlia i ka nu’u because we ‘strive for the summit’. As highly motivated students, we have a strong commitment to excellence. Through our program, students learn life skills that enable to them to solve the world's problems.
